Big Car Dealerships need to move their cars, and they pay big companies hundreds and even thousands to do it for them. If a person in another city or state wants a certain customized vehicle, then the dealership will get it for them. A lot of the ways that dealerships move these cars is by diesel, which is especially costly.

For example, a person wants a vehicle and the dealership finds a vehicle 300 miles away. They want a certain customized truck, but that customized truck was in your city a different state. The two dealerships will usually do a swap, and you will drive one car 300 miles away, and drive the customized truck back.

You will approach a dealership and ask them if they need anybody to deliver or transport vehicles. They will tell you that they already have people doing it for them, tell them you will charge them less, and make sure it is professionally. Hopefully they will accept and you will have a job!
