Running a Pheasant Farm

Projected Profit: $6500-$8500 minus food costs.

This is an idea for a kid who loves hunting. Be sure to ask your parents before using this or any other ideas.

If you live on a farm and have property, you can start a pheasant farm. You buy pheasants in the spring and sell them in the fall. You can find pheasants for $1 each. You're going to have to feed these birds for 4-6 months, but then you can sell them for $14-$17 each for male and female.

If you were to raise 500 chicks, you would be making $6500-$8500 minus food costs. If you wanted to raise more chicks, you could take it on.

Bounce House Rentals

This is a Daily Money Makers idea for an entrepreneur.

Bounce house rentals can make you a lot of profit, but only if you have the dedication to run one. You will want to buy 5-10 bounce houses of different sizes to rent out. The cost of the houses depends on the area and how well you negotiate.

You can rent these houses out for $100-$300 for half-day prices. If you could rent out 30 times in the month (which would be extremely easy with good advertising), then you would make $3000-$9000 per month.

Selling G.O.O.B. Goods

Projected Profit:$4800-$4900 a month

This is a Daily Money Maker idea for a mom who wants to make a bit of extra money from home.

Businesses are constantly going out of business. These businesses want to sell as much as possible so they can a small portion of what they had invested. If you can buy G.O.O.B. (Going Out Of Business) goods from these businesses, you can get them for rediculouly cheap. You could buy a pallet of G.O.O.B. goods that would normally cost $10,000 retail price for only $100-$200, simply because these busnesses are desperate and they'd rather sell for dirt cheap then throw it away.

Then you can sell the goods you get from the pallets for up to $5000. That is a HUGE profit. If you could get 1 pallet of G.O.O.B. goods per month, you could make $4800-$4900 a month. We know you could easily get a pallet a week, but 1 pallet a month makes you such a good profit that you would only need 1.

Watering Lawns

Projected Profit:$400 per month

This is a Daily Money Makers idea for kids who want some extra money. Be sure to ask your parents before starting this or any other ideas.

Watering lawns can be a pain for you neighbors, especially if they want to leave for the summer. That's where you come in. If you were to go around your neighborhood watering your neighbors lawns and moving house to house, you can make quite a bit of money. You could charge $10 a week! If you had 10 customers a month, you would be making $400 per month.

Storage Facility Renting

Projected Profit: $17,720 a month

This is a Daily Money Makers idea for an entrepreneur who has land and some money to invest in building.

Storage facilities can make a big profit, but only if you run them right. The only bill you would have would be power, but only if you wanted to provide lighting in the storage units.

You would start by building 250 units, and vary the sizes of the units from smaller to bigger. You would charge less for the smaller units, and more for the bigger units. If you have additional parking after these are built, you can set aside storage places for RVs, boats, motor homes, cars, and junk.

you would have 30 small units at $40 a month, 100 medium units at $80 a month, 120 bigger units at $120 a month, and 50 stalls to park RVs boats etc. at $20 a month. If you ran your units at 70% capacity, then you would make $17,220 per month.

Cake

This is a Daily Money Maker idea for a mom looking to make some extra cash, and is good at baking and decorating.

Cake decoratorating is on high demand, whether it's for block parties, social events, weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. The price you charge depends upon you, the size of the cake, and how elaborate you decorate it, but most the money is profit because the ingredients don't take much to buy.

Movie Extra

Projected Profit:$500-$2500

This is a Daily Money Maker idea for just about anybody.

Movie extras are in high demand almost everywhere. If you think about it, there's a lot of extras in a movie, so movies need a lot of extras.

A movie extra's job usually consists of walking in the background, standing and doing something without talking whatsoever. It's an easy job, and usually the studio provides your meals. Movie extras can make anywhere from $50-$250 a day. If you were a movie extra for 10 days of the month (which isn't hard because 1 job can last for weeks sometimes), then you would be making $500-$2500 a month

Carwash

Projected Profit: $200-$400 a month

This is a Maily Money Makers idea for a kid who wants to make a bit of extra money. Be sure to ask your parents before using this or any other of our ideas.

People are always looking to help kids in the neighborhood to make extra money, so almost anybody would pay you to wash their car. All you have to do is tell your friends and neighbors that you will hand-wash their car the way they want you to do it! You would charge $5-$10 per wash, depending on how big the car is and how experienced you are.

If you were to wash 10 cars a week, then you would make $200-$400 a month!

Minature Golf Fun Center for a Small Town

This is a money way for an entrepreneur who wants a big return for a medium investment.

The idea for this business model is to provide ways for people in small towns to have fun. What you would do is find a small town, and rent a building. Then fill this building with a few arcade games, and a miniature golf course.

Then advertise around town before it opens, and have a huge grand opening celebration. This grand opening will determine how many customers you will get later. Be sure to make it extravigent, and to be extremely nice to your customers.

You can make a party room, snack bar, roller skating rink, and possibly even outdoor ice skating for the winter time. All the people in town will be talking about how much fun they had, and soon the word will spread to other towns close by.

Referral Business

This is an money way for a mom looking to help people and make some extra money too!

If you know quite a bit of people, then this is the perfect idea for you. Many people are looking to buy things, and they don't know where to go. If you could get paid by referring these confused people to sellers, then you would be making a lot of money!

Take the real-estate industry for example. If you were selling your house, you would have to give 6% of the sell-value to the relaters. The person bringing the buyer gets 3 percent, and the realtor representing the seller gets 3 percent. Instead of these home-sellers having 2 agents, they could pay you 1% and the agent you're referring customers to will get 5%.

If you were to refer only 1 person a month, and if they bought a $160,000 home, you would make $1600 for that 1 sell. That would be the only work you would have to do for the whole month! This could take you less than 20 minutes!!! This can work for cars, rentals, and jobs too.

Making Money as a DJ

This is a money way for an older teen looking to make some cash on the side.

The entertainment industry is big, and parties are always looking for good DJs to host a great event. If you are into music, and know what songs are popular, you may want to consider being one of these DJs. You will have to have your own equipment, so start out small. Then you can work your way up to larger parties with a larger payout.

Daytime Resturaunt with a Romantic Evening Feeling

This is an money way for an entrepreneur looking to make a lot of cash from a smaller investment.

The idea for this is to create a romantic evening-style resturaunt during lunch hours. Many people don't have the time during the night to take their date to a nice resturaunt. If you were to provide a resturaunt that gives the feeling of a romantic evening, you would make a huge amount of profit.

You would need to first rent out a building. Make sure the building is nice, and has everything needed for a resturaunt. You would then block out the windows so no light shines through. Then, get nice white string lights (such as white christmas lights) and string them back and forth overhead. This will give your customers a fun romantic outdoor atmosphere during lunch hour. The only lights you will need are those white christmas lights. You also will need to black-out the entrance or block it off so light doesn't shine through while people enter. A long hallway would be preferred.

Then you're going to need to hire employees to make the food, and a good chef (if you can't cook well). You can pick your own menu, but try to make the dishes as classy as possible.

Small Town Store

This is an money way for a mom who likes providing for people who can't travel too far.

If you live in a small town and the nearest store is at least 50-100 miles out of the way, then you might want to consider re-selling goods that you purchased in the big city. You can start small, by only picking up goods for a few people.

You can post a list in a public area, where people can write their suggestions on what they want then you can pick up these goods for people. If your spouse works farther away, then he could pick up the goods daily on his way home and it would save you gas money.

Once you get the goods, then sell them for a higher price (20 percent to 50 percent more), and you would make all the profits. If you make enough money from this business, you could even rent out a building and sell from there!

Collecting and Selling Pallets

Projected Profit:$800-$3200

This is an idea for just about anybody.

Collecting pallets from stores and businesses and selling them is good business. Many companies don't have a way to get rid of their pallets, so they have to pay to get them sent to the dump. What a lot of companies don't know is that these pallets can be sold for big bucks.

All you have to do is go around to local stores and businesses and offer to take the pallets off their hands for free. Don't let them know that you get paid for the pallets, because they will just want to sell them.

Depending upon the sizes and condition of the pallets, you can sell them anywhere from $1-$4 each. You will want to sell these to local pallet companies that you can find in the yellowbook. These pallet companies then sell these pallets to trucking distributors. If you were to collect 50 pallets a day, 4 days a week then you can be making anywhere from $800-$3200 a month.

Babysitting Business

This is an idea for a kid looking to make a little extra cash. Make sure to ask your parents before using this or any other.

This idea is simple. Go around your neighborhood and tell them you're starting a new business. You will charge $3 per hour for 1 kid, and $1 extra an hour for each additional kid. If there was a family with 5 kids, the family would pay you $7 per hour for the family of 5.

Here's the fun part! You can then hire workers for your babysitting business, and pay them $2 an hour for the first kid, and $0.50 a kid for each additional kid.

Let's say you were to babysit 3 families with 3 kids, for 5 hours a week each family. After paying your workers, you would get $120 a month for doing nothing!!!

Hauling and Selling Junk Cars

Projected Profit:$3600 a month

This is an idea for an entrepreneur who can afford a flatbed trailer with winch and a hauling vehicle.

People often have cars that don't run laying around their property. They don't have the time or the money to fix them, and they can't find a way to remove them. It would be a great service for these people if you would remove this beat up car for them. If they feel uneasy, you can even offer them $50 for the car. Be sure to get the title for the car, or else you won't be able to sell it to the scrap metal yard. The scrap yard can give up to $300 per vehicle, depending on the weight.

If you were to haul away 3 cars a week that would be about $900 a week, and $3600 a month. Just be sure to get the title!

Custom Shirts, Hats, & Sweaters With Logos

This is a money way for a mom who wants to stay home with her family.

People love customized clothing, but often don't have the time to do it. Go to different businesses, schools, colleges, and other buildings and advertise clothing with a customized logo. Schools and Colleges love to show pride, so these shirts would be a great idea for them.

Once you get the order in, send the custoers logo to a silk screening company and have them apply the logos to the shirts, sweaters, pants, etc. They will do all the work for you, and once they are done you can send them back out to the schools.

The prices depend on the silk screening company so the profits are pretty obscure, but this would be a great way for you to spend your time.

Face Painting

Projected Profits:$100 per month

This is a money way for a kid/teen who wants to make some extra cash. Be sure to ask your parents for there permission before starting this idea.

Kids love face painting, especially when it comes to fun parties and events. Start by telling people in your neighborhood that you offer face painting at parties for a small fee. You could charge $2 per person, and at the end of the party charge the person that hosts the party. For example, if there is 10 kids then charge the host $20.

If you could book 5 parties a month with 10 face paintings, you would make $100 per month.

Mobile Home Park

Projected Profit:$210,000 per month (minus expenses)

This is a money way for an entrepreneur who has some extra land and money to invest.

Mobile home parks are popular places for people to live. Often you'll see quite a few spread throughout town. What most people overlook is the profits that the owners of the park make.

Before you move anybody into the park, you're going to have to develop the land. You have to get power, sewage systems, roads, and water through the park. To make this trailer park really nice, you can also build a club house that has a pool and fun games inside. That way, people will want to move in because the park is higher class.

You're going to want to make room for 500 lots, which is reasonable for a well-positioned park. When people come in, charge the $300 per month to park their home. Mention to your new residents that if they ever decide to leave, you can give them the option of selling their mobile home to you. If you rent out mobile homes to customers, you can rent them out for $600 a month. That would easily make back the price it cost you to buy them.

In 5 years, if you were to rent out 300 lots to mobile home owners, and 200 lots to renters, you would make $210,000 per month minus expenses.

Niche Market - Online Selling

This is a money way for a stay at home mom looking for some extra money to suppliment her income.

There's always a niche market for every major product and catagory. Find what is selling fast, and that's the niche you're going to choose.

You can do some online research from Ebay, Amazon, etc. You can also look in local newspapers and other forms of advertisements. There's a lot of money to be made if you pick the right niche. For example, if you go on Ebay and see that the Nintendo Wii is selling quick for high prices, then you can make tons of money. During Christmas season 2007, Nintendo Wii's were being sold for $1500 or higher each on Ebay, and they only costed $249.99 at the stores. The reason people would pay so much for the Wii is simply because they were all sold out everywhere else.

Of course, the profits you make depend on the product you choose, but if you work fast enough you can make a great amount of money!

Selling Food During School Lunches

Projected Profit:$3000-$4500 per month

This is a money way for anybody who wants to take it on.

You've probably heard kids complain about the terrible taste of school lunches. Often kids will go out to eat, or find food elsewhere. Usually the kids that can't leave campus are left with vending machines and junk food. If you were to pay a small fee to the school, you could set up shop and sell food in a highly populated area!

What you need to do is simple. First talk to the school and ask them if you can set up shop. Don't offer a price at first, because they may just let you sell food for free. If they seem uneasy, then start offering a low amount, and work your way up. You can even offer them a percentage of the profits.

Next you need to buy the type of food you want to sell (burritos, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, etc). Buy soda pop cans and sall bags of chips. If you buy in bulk, they will cost less. You'll definately need plates and condiments, but you may also want to look into napkins.

For example if you were to sell a hot dog, a drink, and a small bag of chips with the plate and napkin and condients that would cost around $1 depending on where you live. If you were to sell 100 a day at $3-$4 each, you would make $200-$300 a day in pure profit. You could sell them only 15 days a month and make $3000-$4500. That's working only about 15 hours a month!

Sell Drinks & Candy at Parades

Projected Profit:$350 per parade

This is a money way for a kid looking to make a bit of extra money. Be sure to ask your parents permission before using this idea.

Parades are big events with a great amount of people. These people often get hungry or thirsty, and will buy drinks and candy for a good price. Parades are great places to sell, and you can make a large sum of money.

The general idea is simple. Go to a local grocery store and buy a few different types of candy bars, and a small selection of 12 packs or 24 packs of soda pop. You can sell the candy bars for 75 cents more than you bought them. For example, if the candy bar costed $0.75, then you would sell it for $1.50 making 75 cents of pure profit.

Then you can sell the soda pop cans for $0.50-$0.75 more than you bought them for. If you bought a 12 pack for $4.50, then each can cost you about 35 cents each. You could sell them for $1 and make $0.65 profit for 1 soda pop.

At the parade, you could easily sell 250 candy bars and 250 soda pops. That amount would be reasonable because at a parade there is masses and masses of people. The profit for your sales would be $350 dollars

ATM business

This is an idea for an entrepreneur who wants an exponential growth business.

You find yourself out somewhere and you need quick cash, but the nearest bank is far out of the way. If there were an ATM nearby, you could easily withdraw the funds and get on with your day.

An ATM business is a great way to make exponential profits. With the right placement, you can bring in a tremendous income. You don't want them to be too near eachother, as that will be bad for business.

You can start an ATM business easily. You would need an ATM machine, which you can find online from $2000-$6000 each. That may seem pricey now, but they will be paid off within a few months. You may also need to look into protection methods, or else hire a security company to fill the machines for you.

If you were to have 50 people a day use your ATM machine all 30 days in the month, that would be 1500 customers. At charging a $3 convenience, that would be $4500 a month. If you were to have 6 machines following that same projection, you would be making $27000 a month.

If you were to well place these machines and have 100 people come (out of a 30-day month), that is 3000 people of month. With a convenience fee of $3, that would be $9000 a month for that 1 machine. If you had 6 machines following this projection, you would make $54,000 a month.

As you can see, an ATM business is well worth the investment. You would have to take out loans to fill these machines, but the loans would be paid off as people withdraw the money. As it was said above, you may want to look into protection methods/security cameras for your machines.

Balloon Stuffing Business

Projected Profit:$400-$800 per month

This is an idea for a stay at home mom who needs some extra money, and loves spending time on crafts.

Balloon Stuffing is and fun idea that many people will love. Balloon stuffing takes your gift to the next level, and people will really appreciate receiving a balloon stuffed gift.

Balloon stuffing is where a gift such as a teddy bear is placed into a large balloon, and then blown up to a large size. The balloons are clear, so the receiver can clearly see what is inside. They don't have to be clear, however. If you wanted to put a spin on christmas gifts, birthday gifts, etc you can give them a colored balloon that can't be seen through. That way, your gift receiver will have to pop the balloon to see what is inside. Many party-goers will think that balloon stuffing is a great and fun idea, and want to bring one to the next party they go to. Before you know it, your balloon stuffing business will grow to great heights.

What you would have to do is simply buy a balloon stuffing machine, and some balloons to go with it. Usually the balloons will come with the machine, but you need to find a way to get extra supplies. A great way to find the machine and supplies is online. If you were to search Ebay or Amazon, you can find great prices for this wonderful machine.

If you were to charge $5-$10 per balloon stuffing ,and you had 20 a week, you would be making $100-$200 a week, simply by balloon stuffing. Monthly, you would be making a profit of $400-$800, and it wouldn't take too long either!

Pet Wash

Projected Profits:$200-$600

This is an idea for a kid who loves animals. Be sure to ask your parents before starting a pet wash business.

People love it when their pets are clean, but often can't find the time to do it themselves. If you were to provide a pet wash service for these people, they would not only be grateful, but you would make a phenomenal amount of money.

What you need:

  • Pet Brush

  • Pet Shampoo

  • Small pool or bathtub

  • Nail Clippers (Optional)

  • Scissors (Optional)

Here's how you start the business. Go around your local neighborhood and tell your neighbors you are starting a pet wash business. Those neighbors can either bring their pets over when they need a wash, or else tell their friends and have them bring their pets over.

You would have a great amount of fun doing this, as animals are great companions to play with. If the dog is known to bite, have the customer bring a muzzle, or provide a muzzle on your own. The nail clippers and scissors are an optional add-on if you know how to clip nails and cut animal hair. Do not try to do this if you don't know how, because your customers could get mad at you.

If you were to wash 10-20 pets a month, which would be  easy on on the weekends or during the week. If you charged $20-$30 (depending if you did nail clippings) you can make $200-$600 a month.

Mobile Fair Churro Business

This is for an entrepreneur who wants a great return for a smaller investment.

Carnival and fair events are a great way for people to make money. If you were to start a mobile fair churro business, you can be making a large amount of money. You would need a churro maker, and a deep fryer to cook them in. You can even make creme-filled churros for your mobile fair business, simply to provide a wide variety for your customers. You need a business license to sell, but these are easily attainable from anywhere. Talk to your health inspector also, and make sure your product is safe.

The mobile fair business you make will require you to travel, but the return will be well worth it. The product cost will be low because churros require only a small amount of ingredients, so the profits you make on them are phenomenal. At carnival events, your mobile fair churro business can easily sell 5000 churros for $2-$4 each. For that 1 event, you would make $10,000-$20,000 minus ingredient costs (which aren't that much)!

Mobile Haircuts

This is for a stay-at-home mom with a cosmetology license who wants to make a few extra dollars a month.

Salons are expensive places to keep runnng, so many cosmetologists decide to join somebody else's business or else seek employment elsewhere. Mobile haircuts are a great way to cut the expenses and maximize profit with your own business.

A lot of people would love to get a haircut from the comfort of their own home. Providing a mobile haircuts business would take the stress off your customer's shoulders, simply because they don't have to worry about their kids causing trouble and being obnoxious.

Here's what you would have to get to start your mobile haircuts business:

  1. Get your cosmetology license. There are some great courses out there for low prices.

  2. Find a great place to buy inexpensive hair product. This will save you money and your customers money. Don't buy hair dye until you know the color your customer wants

  3. Transportation of some sort. You need to make sure that your vehicle can get you to your appointments on time.

  4. Haircutting supplies such as scissors, shaver, blades, etc

  5. The way you advertise would be by word of mouth. You don't want to be going into somebody's house that you do not know. It could be especially dangerous for you while you do your mobile haircuts. You tell your friends, and get them to tell trusted people they know about your business. If your friend trusts them, you can probably trust them too!

For men you can charge $10-$20 for their haircut, and for women you can charge anywhere from $15-$50 depending on the amount of time. If you were to cut 20 men haircuts and 20 women haircuts, you would be making anywhere from $500-$1400 a month, for a little over 1-2 haircuts a day.

Guide Hunting Business

This is an idea for just about anybody who knows a few great hunting spots.

If you love to hunt or fish and you know the 'hot spots', then a hunting business would be great for you! Why not get paid to give out some of your secrets? People across the United States love hunting, and by providing great spots with awesome game your hunting business will soar to levels you can't even imagine.

Here's how you start. Advertise your hunting business locally by putting ads online, the local paper, college boards, and simply by word of mouth. Word of mouth is going to be your biggest seller simply because people who are satisfied with your spots will spread the word to all their friends, and your hunting business will suceed. You can also try posting flyers at local grocery stores, parks, and telephone poles.

Since hunting is so big, you can charge as much as $500-$5000 per person, simply becuase people would want to know the secrets. The better and bigger you get, the profits for your hunting business can even be more than that. If you can find a 'hot spot' that provides great game, and you can show your customers your catches, then they will have more confidence in you. Let's say you catch a trophy elk, and decide to take a picture or even go to a taxidermist and get it stuffed, your customers will be impressed.

If you were to get only 1-2 customers a month, you would make 2 camping trips and make $1,000-$10,000 a month from your hunting business.
