Storage facilities can make a big profit, but only if you run them right. The only bill you would have would be power, but only if you wanted to provide lighting in the storage units.

You would start by building 250 units, and vary the sizes of the units from smaller to bigger. You would charge less for the smaller units, and more for the bigger units. If you have additional parking after these are built, you can set aside storage places for RVs, boats, motor homes, cars, and junk.

you would have 30 small units at $40 a month, 100 medium units at $80 a month, 120 bigger units at $120 a month, and 50 stalls to park RVs boats etc. at $20 a month. If you ran your units at 70% capacity, then you would make $17,220 per month.
