This is for an adult or entrepreneur who plans on selling your home, resturaunt, store, or building you own.


You need to advertise this big time. That would be in newspapers, locally, and especially online. Online is where most the tickets will come from. If you set up a paypal account, entrees will be able to pay with a credit card or debit card online. You're going to want to advertise this before the raffle, during the raffle, and after the raffle.

You can raffle tickets for $20 each (who wouldn't buy a house for $20). If you advertise well enough, you could easily sell 20,000 raffle tickets ($400,000 for you're house). On your website, say that if you don't sell 'x' number of raffle tickets, the money will be returned to the the buyers.
