Getting cleaning contracts is a great way to make money. The best part about cleaning contracts are that the business puts you in charge of the cleaning. What this means is that you are pretty much your own boss.

Cleaning contracts are contracts you make with a business that says that you will keep their building clean for a certain amount of money. Usually they pay you either bi-weekly or monthly. What you are going to do is obtain the cleaning contract, then pay other people to clean the building. That way you're making money by simply managing other people.

For example, you can go to a small office building and offer contract cleaning for $2000 a month. Then hire somebody to clean it for $1000-$1500 a month, and you would make $500-$1000 in profit. The person you hire would do all the cleaning, and all you would have to do is make sure they are doing their job correctly. It's an easy job that you can do straight from your house.

Usually cleaning contracts are easy to find, and the person that cleans does it during the night time. the amount you charge would depend entirely on the size of the building. If you have large buildings, you can charge a higher amount, and hire a few more people to get the job done.

Go to a local businesses, and offer certain amounts for the cleaning contracts. If they tell you that they already have a cleaning contract with somebody else, then offer them $500 less than they already pay. That way you can get the contract, and the business will appreciate your business.

Let's say that you have 6 cleaning contracts, and you make $500-$1000 each contract. You would simply manage the employees, and be making $3000-$6000 a month.
