People want to learn to cook. Especially people who just got married, and moms who just had their first child. That's where you come in! You can teach cooking classes for a fee, to help people learn to cook.

When you first start, you find a recipe that is easy to make. Have everybody help prepare the food, putting emphasis on technique and giving tips. Be sure to compliment your customers, as well as give constructive critisism.

As for advertising, post advertisements at local stores, collages, bullitin boards, and online. Leave your name, number, and address. Once the customers call, set up a date and charge them the fee.

If you were to get 10 customers at $15-$20 per week (1 lesson a week), you would make $600-$800 dollars a month minus ingredient expenses.
